What is Kelcraft, exactly?
A room full of idea people. You post an idea, folks talk it through and pitch in, and you put together a crew to take it to market. Kelcraft just makes the introductions — it takes no cut and holds nothing. The idea stays yours.
What’s to stop someone from running with my idea?
Honestly, the bigger risk is your idea sitting in a drawer because you never found help building it. But you’re not wide open here: you choose what shows — post it in full, or keep it private and share just a teaser. You approve every person who joins. And you can turn on an NDA, so folks agree to keep it quiet before they get in. Through all of it, the idea stays yours.
What’s the Graduated stamp?
It’s the mark an idea earns when it actually makes it to market. It isn’t for sale and it can’t be rushed — the Steward has to bless it. That’s on purpose. It’s how you tell the ideas that turned real from the ones still cooking.
What’s it cost?
Posting an idea is free, and you keep ownership. Down the road there’ll be some optional paid extras, but talking, posting, and joining a crew stay free.
