Welcome to Kelcraft Solutions. Please read this before you post an idea, join a crew, or use the board. By using the site, you agree to what’s below.
What Kelcraft is
Kelcraft is a place where people post ideas and find others to help build them. We make the introductions. That’s it.
We are not a part of any deal you make here. We take no cut, hold no money, own no part of anyone’s idea, and we don’t step in to settle disagreements. Think of us as the room where people meet — not a party to what they build together.
Your idea stays yours
Posting an idea on Kelcraft does not give us any ownership of it. It stays yours. It also doesn’t hand ownership to anyone else who reads it or joins your crew.
You decide how much to show. You can post an idea in full, or keep it private and share only a teaser until you grant someone access.
Post at your own risk
Once you put something on the public board, other people can see it. Share what you’re comfortable sharing. If part of your idea is a secret, keep it in the private section or hold it back until you trust who you’re talking to.
Working together
Any real agreement between an owner and their crew — about money, ownership, credit, or anything else — is a separate deal between those people. Put it in your own written agreement. Kelcraft is not part of it and is not responsible for it.
The NDA option
An owner can turn on an NDA for their project. If you join a project with an NDA on, you agree to keep that project’s private details confidential.
An NDA here is an agreement between you and the owner. It is a promise and a record — not a guarantee that nobody will ever misuse what they learn. Use good judgment about what you share and who you let in.
The Graduated stamp
The “Graduated” stamp is Kelcraft’s own mark. It’s given at the Steward’s discretion when an idea has made it to market. It is not for sale and can’t be rushed. It is not a promise, endorsement, or guarantee about any project or the people behind it.
Ratings and comments
Scout ratings and comments come from the community. Be honest and be civil. Don’t post anything false, hateful, harassing, or illegal. We can remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Your account
Keep your login to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Don’t impersonate anyone or post things you don’t have the right to post.
No guarantees
Kelcraft is provided “as is.” We don’t promise you’ll find a crew, that any idea will succeed, or that the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for what comes out of connections made here.
Ending things
You can stop using Kelcraft anytime. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a real change, we’ll note it here with a new date.
